Hotel Elysée is one of the best rated hotels in Manhattan, New York. Making part of the Library Hotel Collection, I couldn’t wait to explore and experience the hotel. The location couldn’t be better, it is located in a very interesting spot in Manhattan. 5th avenue is only a few steps away and also Central Park is within walking distance. I truly was blown away by the top notch service and overall quality. From the beginning to the last second, everything felt right here. Again, Hotel Elysée is currently rated as one the best hotels in town and I can easily see why…

The hotel building is just stunning. Hotel Elysée has been a hotel since 1926. It actually is one the oldest hotels in town. I almost couldn’t believe my eyes when entering this hotel. It did feel like entering a small palace … They did keep some of the original constructions such as the wonderful staircase which is absolutely gorgeous. With only 100 rooms, Hotel Elysée is able to offer a personalized service which is pretty unique here in New York.

Staff was very kind and made us feel welcome. What I liked here was the personal check-in. My key was handed in just seconds. Very professional. Usual hotel services were explained in a very kind way.

Each room at Hotel Elysée is luxuriously appointed and has everything I could wish for. The rooms, even the ‘standard’ rooms are very large with high ceilings and a classy interior. The Deluxe Room I stayed had the most comfortable couch and an oversized working desk. The bed was one of the best beds I have ever slept in! It was enormous and the bed linen were of an excellent quality. Our room even had a large balcony offering stunning views over New York. It was great to be able to sit outside and enjoy the winter sun.

Bathroom featured a bath tub with a wonderful shower and single sinks. Some very nice details I appreciated in particular were the golden touches. Again, it made me feel like staying in a palace. Complimentary fancy toiletries were provided. As usual at any Library Collection Hotel turndown service is provided.

Hotel Elysée also has a few Presidential Suites. Each decorated in a very elegant and glamorous way. I did visit one and was really impressed!

The personal approach here is of a high level. Each staff member I met was very kind and professional. You never feel uncomfortable here while staff is serving you. It feels very naturally which means the service level is of an unseen level.

In the afternoon I was pleased to experience the living room at Hotel Elysée. Complimentary snacks and drinks are provided here all day long. It is a very nice place to hang out with comfy couches and soft music playing all over the place. The décor is classic and the whole place was very well maintained. Each day – from 5pm to 8pm – it’s wine & cheese o’clock. Complimentary wine and snacks are offered. We enjoyed it very much.

Breakfast at Hotel Elysée is served in the living room at the second floor. The small buffet breakfast has something to offer for anyone! I really liked their freshly toasted bagels which tasted excellent! Thumbs up!

Hotel Elysée is one of a kind! This gorgeous grand hotel has a prime location and offers high quality accommodation and services! I loved every second of my stay here. Highly recommended!

Located in a very interesting and convenient spot in Manhattan New York, Sprinhill Suites Manhattan Times Square South is one of the newest hotels in town. Making part of the Marriott brand, this hotel offers comfortable accommodations at a very good value compared to other hotels in New York. From the moment we arrived untill the time we left, we felt great. The staff is just wonderful and will do their upmost best to serve you in a fantastic way.

Upon arrival, everything is explained in a friendly yet professional way. The lobby is just wonderful with plenty of comfortable and trendy sitting areas. It is great to hang out here. We actually met several international guests and it was so fun and interesting to chat about everydays life.

Our keys were handed in just seconds before we headed to our wonderful room. The King Studio we stayed in had a good size for New Yorks standards and was comfortably appointed. All rooms at Springhill Suites New York Manhattan Times Square South are brand new and comfortably appointed. Standard amenities are a coffee machine, HD television and a safe. The king sized bed was heavenly! Slept like a baby throughout my stay. I also appreciated the small sitting area which was ideal for reading or browsing on my tablet. Plenty of sockets in the room as well which is rarely the case at most hotels! Loved it!

Bathroom was great featuring a large walk-in rain shower, single sink and toilet. Every spot in the room was spotlesly clean. Complimentary toiletries are provided in each room.

A full size fitness center is accessible 24 hours. It is equiped with the latest technology equipment. Love to watch a movie while working out. The build-in screens were a treat. Sprinhill Suites New York Manhattan Times Square South also a large business center with separate meeting rooms and printing facilities.

A great advantage of staying here is the complimentary breakfast. That is right, when you book a room at Springhill Suites New York Manhattan Times Square South, you can start your day with a delicious breakfast. The breakfast room is large, we never encountered any trouble finding a place to sit. It is a buffet style breakfast offering fresh products. The food was delicious and I appreciated the mix of sweet and salt. There’s just something for everybody.

As said before, the location is excellent. The subway is only a few steps away from the hotel and will take you anywhere in the city. Madison Square is reacheable within walking distance.

Our stay at Springhill Suites New York Manhattan Times Square South was wonderful. From the personal approach to the comfortable rooms and amazing breakfast, the hotel is top notch and I highly recommend to stay at this hotel when you are in Manhattan, New York!

I fly a lot from Frankfurt and on my recent fly to New York from Frankfurt I was looking for a nice airport hotel. The five star Sheraton Frankfurt Airport was the perfect choice! The hotel is directly connected to Terminal 1 which is so convenient and definitely one of the best options when you want to start your holiday right from the moment you arrive at the airport!

Sheraton Frankfurt Airport offers comfortable rooms with all the facilities you will need. Although this isn’t a new hotel, they did a good job renovating this place as you will notice from the moment you step in. The lobby area is quite spacious and bright. Most importantly, the front desk staff was very accommodating and professional. Check-in was very efficient and our keys were handed in just a couple of minutes.

The recently renovated room we stayed in was very luxurious and offered all the amenities I’d expect from a five star hotel. They all offer comfortable king size beds and an oversized desk which is very convenient when you are travelling for business. What I particularly liked in this room was the overall quality of design and lay out. The new contemporary rooms are mind blowing. Absolutely love love love them!

It is great to hang out and chill down in this hotel. I was happy to find out Sheraton Frankfurt Airport has a wellness area. It’s so nice to relax and unwind in a sauna or steam room after or before a long flight. The heated loungers were a treat! If you are into working out, a nice fitness area is at your disposal. Again, the whole place was spotlessly clean!

I had access to the Sheraton Club Lounge. This Club Lounge has several advantages such as complimentary hot and cold drinks during your stay and small bites throughout the day. At night, a small buffet with appetizers and a selection of alcoholic drinks are available at no additional charges. Upgrading to a room with access to the Club Lounge is actually a pretty good value as breakfast is included as well. Think about it, free drinks, food and a personalized service. I loved it and I’m sure you will too! Do note that the Club Lounge will be renovated in 2020 and will even look better than it does now.

Breakfast at Sheraton Frankfurt Airport is a generous buffet with several international dishes. Freshly prepared omelets, waffles, salmon, etc. It’s all there and I loved the overall quality.

Believe me, this was the perfect start of our getaway! If you need to catch a plane from Frankfurt Airport, Sheraton Frankfurt Airport is a five star choice! I will definitely return.
